How much do your transcription services cost?

Our pricing structures are designed so that they’re fair and transparent, with industry-competitive rates. For one-time projects or short-term assignments, our regular service is $1 per minute; if there’s more than 1 speaker in the conversation, then it may be worth looking into volume discounts which can cut this price down even further!

Sermon Transcription Associates is a local branch of PrincetonTranscriptions, Inc. We’re here to make your life easier by providing high-quality transcriptions in both audio and text form for all kinds of documents.

Transcription Basics

How long will it take?

Files are typically returned within 24 hours of receipt (or sooner). For complex projects or ongoing accounts, a predetermined service level agreement is provided.

How do you ensure quality?

We are committed to providing the highest quality of transcripts possible. We do this by employing an average of 99% US based transcribers and implementing stringent measures into our production process with regards to accuracy, coverage level (including word choice), clarity/consistency among others.

Do you have court-trained transcriptionists?

Yes. We support a large number of legal clients and are well versed on appropriate protocols. 

Transcripts of legal proceedings or items to be used in court typically include a certification statement as well as an additional layer of full-document quality assurance.

Do you provide timestamps?

Timestamps are available at an affordable price, starting with $0.20 per audio minute!

Do you have translation services?

Will Sermon Transcription Associates sign a non-disclosure agreement?

Sermon Transcription Associates is committed to the protection of our clients’ privacy. However, some customers require additional documentation through a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). We are happy to sign your NDA or can provide one for you at no extra charge!

How do you protect my files?

You can feel confident that your files are encrypted with the latest technology to keep them safe from prying eyes. We use Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) encryption service, which provides bank-level security for all of our data – both when it travels between users on a network or resides inside one server.
